Consistency Matters
Our strength is not only in recruiting coaches, it is in developing and retaining coaches who understand our programmes, our values and the schools we serve.
At VivaKids, many of our coaches have been part of the team for several years and continue to deliver weekly programmes in schools. This continuity helps coaches understand school expectations, student needs, and the VivaKids approach while building positive relationships with students and school staff.
Our experienced coaches also support newer coaches and help maintain consistent standards in programme delivery, student engagement and safety.

The Journey Can Continue Beyond Primary School

Former primary school students who previously participated in VivaKids or KidsExcel programmes can return as youths to continue developing their confidence, communication and leadership skills.
